We ensure all goods bought are despatched within 24 hours of the
purchase. However, sometimes delays may be caused due to unavoidable
reasons and unforeseen factors.
Please note that we will not be responsible for delay which is beyond our exercisable control. No liability will be accepted for 3rd party actions causing delays such as adverse weather conditions, postal strikes any other unforeseen reason beyond our normal control.
If you have provided us delivery instruction for Courier Company, such as “Leave at neighbours”, we will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the goods.
Please note that if the courier company has left a card, it is your responsibility to arrange the collection by following the instruction on the card. If not collected, the goods are returned to us, and you will have to pay extra postage to get it redelivered.
Damage in transit
Please note that we offer replacement or issue full refund if the goods are found to be faulty or damaged in transit. Please contact us as soon as possible with evidence of fault/damage so we can rectify the situation and pay you the return postage.
