When you complete the check-out process by clicking the final button you agree to our terms and conditions mentioned on this web site. An online order is an offer to buy goods from you and once accepted turns into a binding contract. In case your order is refused, you will be entitled to the full refund. The contract will be effective once we have informed you that goods have been despatched.

By default the transactions are processed in Australian Dollar and orders will only be despatched once the funds have been cleared in our bank account. We reserve the right to delay the order if the payment takes time to clear into our bank account.

If temporarily out-of-stock

Although we normally keep sufficiently large stock, at times we may go sold out of an item for a short period of time.  When this occurs we will ship the rest of your order as normal and send the balance as soon as it arrives, at our cost - so you only ever pay the one shipping charge.  Alternatively, if an item is not expected to be back in stock within a short period, we will offer you an alternative or a refund as you prefer.

Returns

If you wish to return the item, we offer refund of the price paid (excluding delivery cost) provided the goods are returned within first 14 days of the purchase.  The goods returned must be in saleable condition for us to be able to issue you a refund. Please note that due to delicacy and hygiene reasons edible items cannot be returned.
